Job summary

Huxley seeks a Senior TPM Solution Architect to lead a global TPM transformation program. You will define end-to-end TPM architectures, drive multi-market deployments, and ensure SAP ecosystem integration across ECC/S/4HANA and finance platforms.

Responsibilities include target-state architecture, deployment approaches, data-flow designs, and governance artifacts. You will mentor teams through discovery, design, build, and rollout phases in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in solution architecture or large-scale technology programs.
• At least 5 years of hands-on TPM architecture experience.
• Proven TPM deployments across global multi-market programs.
• Strong SAP integration experience (ECC/S4HANA).
• Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture, solution principles, integration landscape and deployment approach for TPM capabilities.
• Design end-to-end TPM solutions covering planning, forecasting, trade fund management, accruals, settlements, reporting and trade spend optimization.
• Produce architecture artifacts such as blueprints, integration diagrams and data-flow designs.
• Lead architecture decisions, solution assessments and design reviews across programs.
• Define integration strategies between TPM platforms, SAP ERP, finance systems and analytics environments.
• Provide technical leadership through the full delivery lifecycle from discovery to deployment and support.
• Review designs, interfaces and data migration approaches for alignment with EA standards.
• Support global rollouts and template-driven deployments across markets.

Job description

For one of our key international clients, we are looking for a Senior TPM Solution Architect to join a global transformation program within the Trade Promotion Management (TPM) space. This is a highly technical architecture role, focused on defining end-to-end solution designs, driving global TPM implementations, and ensuring seamless integration across enterprise platforms and SAP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define the target-state architecture, solution principles, integration landscape, and deployment approach for TPM capabilities.
• Design scalable end-to-end solutions covering promotion planning, forecasting, trade fund management, accruals, claims, settlements, reporting, and trade spend optimization.
• Produce and maintain architecture artifacts, including solution blueprints, integration diagrams, data-flow designs, interface catalogues, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead architecture decisions, solution assessments, and design reviews, balancing business requirements, technical feasibility, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define integration strategies between TPM platforms, SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), finance systems, master data platforms, middleware, analytics solutions, and reporting environments.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the full delivery lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition to support.
• Review technical designs, custom developments, interfaces, and data migration approaches to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
• Support global rollouts and template-driven deployments across multiple markets and business units.

Required Skills & Experience

• Senior Solution Architect profile with strong enterprise application architecture experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise systems, or large-scale technology implementations.
• At least 5 years of hands-on TPM architecture or senior TPM implementation experience.
• Strong experience designing and delivering Trade Promotion Management solutions in FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail environments.
• Proven expertise in global TPM deployments and multi-market programs.
• Extensive SAP integration experience, ideally with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, data flows, master data, analytics, and reporting architectures.
• Experience producing architecture documentation, technical blueprints, integration designs, and solution governance artifacts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in international environments.
• Professional level of English.

Preferred Experience

Experience with one or more of the following platforms:

• XTEL TPM
• SAP TPM (desirable but not mandatory)
• Location: Barcelona, Spain.
• Start Date: January 1st.
• Contract Duration: 6 months with a strong possibility of internalization.
