Job summary

Recruit 121 Group is seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to support our Madrid-area client. The role demands bridging business stakeholders and the technical team with strong integration expertise.

The ideal candidate will lead ongoing operations, integrations and transformation initiatives, communicating effectively with both Business and IT teams, and driving continuous improvement in a cloud-based SAP environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as an SAP Consultant with strong SAP BTP experience.
• Experience with SAP BTP services such as SAP Integration Suite, CPI, API Management, Event Mesh and Extension Suite.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with S/4HANA, ECC and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, interfaces and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Business and IT Teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Languages: Spanish Essential, high level of English.

Travel: Minimal, ideally resource based in Madrid as the end client offices are located there..

Project / Story

We are seeking an experienced SAP BTP Consultant to support our client in the Madrid area. The ideal candidate will have a strong functional and technical understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and will be able to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team.

This role involves supporting ongoing operations, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as contributing to key transformation projects.

Required

• 5+ years' experience as an SAP Consultant, with strong experience in SAP BTP.
• Proven experience working with SAP BTP services and solutions, ideally including SAP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration (CPI), API Management, Event Mesh and/or Extension Suite.
• Experience integrating SAP BTP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC and other SAP/non-SAP applications.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, APIs, interfaces and cloud-based SAP solutions.
• Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering.
