Pleo is seeking a Senior TechOps engineer to join their team in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, capable of managing user identity systems and office networks. This role provides an opportunity to impact Pleo significantly while working in a hybrid or fully remote setting.

About The Role

We’re looking for a new Senior TechOps engineer to join our small‑but‑mighty team as we continue to change how Pleo and the wider industry thinks about IT. This is an open role that offers the opportunity to have a huge impact on Pleo and to learn extensively.

What you’ll be doing

• Scaling identity – define and manage user identity with Okta, Workflows, and HiBob, automating organization changes across all systems.
• Device management/attestation – build the foundations of asset management and a comprehensive BYOD approach, implementing device trust rules to secure Pleo.
• Office networks and tech – act as the technical partner for the workspace team, owning networks and in‑office technical systems across Pleo’s global offices.
• Front‑line support – contribute to running interrupt‑driven tasks, maintaining visibility into the problems our colleagues encounter.

• Okta for IAM, Google Workspace for email and productivity
• Okta Workflows and open APIs for process stitching
• Juniper Mist for office networking
