Dow Jones in Spain is seeking a Strategy Operations professional to turn change into scaled adoption within Tech Elevate. You will build tools, automate workflows, and report progress using dashboards and clear summaries.

The role blends analysis and execution, using AI, scripting, and training to drive adoption across teams. Hybrid work arrangement and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

About the Team

The Strategy Operations team supports both our people and our processes across Technology, removing barriers and scaling growth opportunities. Within that team, TechElevate drives learning & development, change management, and enablement experiences that strengthen capability and improve how Technology works.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategy Operations, this role is focused on turning change into adoption at scale.

This is an individual contributor role for someone who can move comfortably between analysis and execution : spotting what will make Tech more successful, building the program to support that change, and then scaling it across the organization through training, workshops, communications, and strong operational follow-through.

You Will:

• Build and maintain internal tools, automations and agents that improve team workflows and reporting.


• Use AI tools such as Claude and Gemini to prototype quickly, then test and document what you ship.


• Track operational metrics and present progress through dashboards and clear summaries.


• Support delivery of projects and programmes, owning defined workstreams.


• Help teams adopt new tools and ways of working through training, documentation and communication.


• Manage stakeholders across functions, adapting your message to each audience.

You Have:

• Hands-on experience building with AI tools, such as workflow automations, internal apps or agents. Personal or side projects count.


• Working knowledge of at least one scripting or low-code approach (for example Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script or SQL).


• Good judgement on AI output: you review, test and question what the tools produce.


• Strong communication and stakeholder skills, with examples of influencing without authority.


• Experience with data analysis and visualisation to show progress and guide decisions.


• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Confluence and Jira.

We'll also value:

• Experience supporting change or adoption of new tools within a team or department.


• Exposure to project or programme delivery in a technology or operations setting.


• Experience with agent frameworks or API integrations.
