Morpheus Talent Solutions is seeking Senior Technical Project Managers in the UAE to lead multi-disciplinary engineering programmes from R&D to production and deployment. You will own budgets, schedules, risks and milestones while coordinating diverse teams across hardware, software, and mechanics.

The role requires hands-on delivery across engineering, suppliers and manufacturing, with relocation to Abu Dhabi or Dubai.

Formación

• Strong experience in technical project or programme management.
• Proven delivery of physical engineered systems.
• Experience moving technology from development into production.
• Strong supplier and stakeholder management.
• Native English or C2-level professional working proficiency.
• Relocation to Abu Dhabi / Dubai.

Responsabilidades

• Lead programmes through R&D and concept development.
• Oversee system design and engineering, prototype build and integration.
• Coordinate testing, verification and validation.
• Guide industrialisation and manufacturing readiness.
• Manage production scale-up and deployment.
