Rover.Com in Barcelona seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-brand integrations and platform migrations. You will align engineering, product, and business roadmaps, manage API dependencies, and drive go-live readiness across markets.

You’ll work with teams in Barcelona and Seattle, apply a data-driven approach, and evolve the integration playbook. The role requires eight plus years in complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS or consumer tech, with a track record of delivering

• 8+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in marketplace, consumer tech, or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering high-complexity, ambiguous programs end to end.
• Experience leading system integrations and migrations with API, data integrity, identity/auth, and cutover planning.
• Strong program management instincts and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end implementation and sequencing of one or more brand integrations.
• Drive delivery across technical migration, product alignment, operational readiness, and go-live.
• Coordinate alignment across engineering, product, and business to maintain a cohesive path forward.
• Lead technical integration activities: API dependencies, data integrity, identity/auth, and cutover planning.
• Create and maintain program artifacts: charters, plans, dependency maps, risk registers, status communications.
• Define and report KPIs to monitor program health and surface risk early.
• Own go-live readiness and elevate risk with clear context when needed.
• Bridge teams across Barcelona and Seattle and contribute to the integration playbook.

As a Technical Program Manager in Partnerships and Integrations, you will lead cross-brand integrations and acquisitions, aligning roadmaps across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll drive technical migration, go-live readiness, and the evolution of Rover’s integration playbook to scale experiences for pet parents and sitters. In this role, you partner with Barcelona and Seattle teams to turn ambiguity into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. You’ll leverage AI to optimize dependencies and collaboration, delivering value across brands and markets.
