TK Elevator in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Product Owner to drive the Digital Emergency Services (DES) product roadmap with end-to-end ownership of epics and features.

You will work closely with cloud and embedded engineering teams, align stakeholders across regions, and contribute to a globally coordinated product strategy. A strong IoT/embedded background and fluent English are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Define epics and features with clear scope, requirements, and business value.
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud, embedded, and system-level features.
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with roadmap objectives.
• Balance technical constraints, customer needs, and business priorities.
• Assess business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and KPIs to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Facilitate trade-off discussions and ensure transparent priority setting.
• Partner closely with cloud, firmware, and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage dependencies across cloud services, device firmware, and emergency protocols.
• Support teams in work sequencing, requirement clarification, and blocker resolution.
• Collaborate with the global Product Owner community to shape the roadmap and quarterly priorities.
• Engage business stakeholders, service teams, and field organizations to capture needs and urgency.
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across regions.
• Coordinate external vendors and development partners, ensuring transparency and quality.
• Define, monitor, and report key product performance KPIs.
• Leverage data to optimize backlog priorities and drive improvement.
• Provide clear data-driven reporting to leadership and Product Owner peers.

Senior Technical Product Owner (d/f/m) to drive future delivery for our Digital Emergency Services (DES) product - a mission-critical solution enabling reliable emergency communication for elevators worldwide. In this role, you will own epics and features end-to-end, collaborate deeply with cloud and embedded engineering teams, align stakeholders across multiple regions, and contribute to the product roadmap together with our global PO team. A strong technical foundation - IoT/embedded concepts - is essential. This position is based in Spain (Madrid), working closely with teams in Brazil, Germany, India, Hungary, Spain and United States.

Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy, Backlog & Prioritization

• Define epics and features with clear scope, requirements, and business value
• Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud, embedded, and system-level features
• Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with roadmap objectives
• Balance technical constraints, customer needs, and business priorities
• Assess business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, and KPIs to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions
• Facilitate trade-off discussions and ensure transparent priority setting

Technical Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with cloud, firmware, and engineering leads to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Manage dependencies across cloud services, device firmware, communication modules, and emergency protocols
• Support teams in work sequencing, requirement clarification, and blocker resolution

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate with the global Product Owner community to shape the roadmap and define quarterly priorities
• Engage business stakeholders, service teams, and field organizations to capture needs, urgency, and commercial impact
• Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across regions and stakeholder groups
• Coordinate external vendors and development partners, ensuring transparency, quality, and expectation alignment

Performance Management & Reporting

• Define, monitor, and report key product performance KPIs
• Leverage data and performance insights to optimize backlog priorities and drive continuous product improvement
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to leadership and Product Owner peers

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, or a similar role
• Good technical understanding of cloud services (Azure preferred)
• Good understanding of IoT or embedded system development
• Proven ability to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience working with globally distributed engineering teams
• Excellent analytical and prioritization skills with a focus on business value
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with Azure-based cloud architectures
• Exposure to firmware, device communication protocols, or connectivity modules
• Experience in safety-critical, regulated, or high-availability systems
• Familiarity with agile frameworks
• Experience collaborating with external vendors
