AgileEngine seeks a Senior Technical Lead to anchor regional delivery for a follow-the-sun DevSecOps program. You will lead a cross-functional pod across ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning, ensuring 24/7 delivery velocity in a regulated enterprise setting.

The role requires 5+ years of software engineering with strong Python depth and leadership. Remote-friendly role with flexible hours, working with global teams across timezones.

Formación

• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience.
• Strong Python depth.
• Experience with DevSecOps, Cloud Security and CI/CD ecosystems.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a localized, cross-functional pod of engineers and data scientists, ensuring continuous feature momentum across the 24-hour cycle.
• Facilitate seamless shift hand-offs with peer SDMs in other timezones to maintain 24/7 delivery velocity.
• Oversee the technical delivery of core workstreams, including ASPM integrations and AI-enabled SDLC secure code scanning.
• Act as the primary escalation point for regional technical challenges, performing secure code reviews and guiding infrastructure architecture.
