Formación

• 6 to 8 years of experience in commercial legal advice.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, outsourcing, BPO and digital services.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Business-oriented mindset and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in professional English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Advising on all phases of commercial operations from proposal review to contract negotiation.
• Providing strategic legal advice throughout the lifecycle of operations.
• Negotiating and reviewing contracts related to technology services, outsourcing, BPO and digital services.
• Support post-contractual matters and dispute resolution.
• Collaborating on regulatory compliance programs and escalating regulatory issues.
