UST España & Latam in Madrid is seeking a passionate Tableau Developer to join our Data Visualization Competence Center. You will design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and take on site administration responsibilities to promote data-driven decision making across the organization.

This role requires 5+ years of Tableau and SQL experience, Agile delivery, and strong communication with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience with Tableau and SQL.
• Experience in Agile software development and analytics projects.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business requirements.
• Manage Tableau platform day-to-day operations and site administration activities.
• Provide support to BI users, addressing technical issues and offering guidance.
• Deliver training sessions, workshops, and self-service resources to users with varying levels of Tableau proficiency.
• Promote Tableau adoption and encourage a data-driven culture across the organization.
• Work within agile development methodologies while adhering to development best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
