You will work with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance visibility across the supply chain. Fluency in English and ability to navigate a fast-paced, international environment are essential.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in supply chain analytics, logistics, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven insights.
• Experience with reporting, data visualization and business intelligence tools.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning or generative AI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We are looking for an experienced analyst to support global supply chain and logistics operations through data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and digital transformation initiatives. This role works closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, optimize costs, and develop tools that improve business performance and visibility across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain & Logistics Support

• Support logistics and supply chain activities by providing analytical insights and business recommendations.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across different regions and functions to support planning and execution activities.
• Track key logistics and supply chain metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Digital Solutions & Process Improvement

• Develop and maintain digital tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions to support business operations.
• Automate workflows and streamline processes using modern collaboration and productivity platforms.
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and accessibility of information.
• Support digitalization and transformation projects aimed at enhancing operational effectiveness.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Develop analytical models to improve forecasting, planning, and performance monitoring.
• Explore and implement AI and advanced analytics solutions to increase productivity and business value.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Approximately 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, operations, analytics, or a similar business environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with reporting, data visualization, and business intelligence tools.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis platforms.
• Knowledge of process automation, digital solutions, and modern workplace technologies is highly valued.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or generative AI applications is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international, and collaborative environment.
• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
