Accenture is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Data & AI for Supply Chain teams and projects. You will oversee client engagements, manage multidisciplinary data & AI teams, and contribute to business development, ensuring AI-driven solutions deliver maximum value.

You will guide and mentor teams, translate analytics into business impact, and drive strategic initiatives across global supply chains with a hybrid work model.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in leading teams, client engagements, and business development efforts.

• Supply Chain Planning – AI-driven demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning solutions to enhance agility and efficiency.
• Fulfillment & Network Optimization – Advanced analytics to optimize logistics, warehouse management, distribution, network and last-mile delivery, improving speed, cost, and service levels.
• Manufacturing – AI, machine learning, and IoT to drive predictive maintenance, production efficiency, and quality control in smart manufacturing.

Your role

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Manager to lead teams and projects within our group. In this role, you will oversee client engagements, manage multidisciplinary Data&AI teams, and contribute to business development, ensuring that our AI-driven solutions deliver maximum value.

What Skills Are We Looking For?

We seek analytical, strategic, and impact-driven leaders passionate about leveraging AI and data to transform supply chains. You should be able to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and develop new business opportunities while guiding and mentoring teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in Data & AI or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in leading teams, client engagements, and business development efforts.

Technical Skills

As a Manager, you should have a strong technical foundation while also being able to drive strategy, oversee execution, and communicate technical insights to stakeholders. You do not need to master all of them but key skills include:

• Programming: Python, R, SQL
• Operation Reasearch & Simulation: LP, ILP, Heuristics/Meta‑Heuristics, Discrete Events Simulation, digital twins.
• Machine Learning & AI: Forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization algorithms.
• Generative AI: LLMs, AI-driven scenario generation, synthetic data modeling, and workflow automation.
• Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services.
• Supply Chain Solutions: Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar tools.
• Data Engineering & Visualization: Large-scale data processing, market solutions/platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, ..), and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

Soft & Strategic Skills

As a Manager, you will lead teams, shape AI strategies, and engage with senior stakeholders. Key skills include:

• Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, engineers, business consultants) and fostering a high-performance culture.
• Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: Ability to connect AI solutions to business impact, optimizing supply chain efficiency, cost, and resilience.
• Client Engagement & Communication: Skilled at building relationships with senior stakeholders, translating complex analytics into business-relevant insights.
• Innovation & Agility: Ability to adapt quickly in fast-changing environments, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Business Development & Proposal Management: Experience developing commercial proposals, defining project scopes, and identifying new opportunities.
