SITA, a leading global air travel technology provider, seeks a Supplier Manager to enhance supplier performance per strategy. You will manage changes in processes or metrics locally or centrally and design, negotiate, and manage supplier SLAs.

In this role you will drive improvements, analyze performance data, and support governance with a focus on cost optimization and data-driven decision making. A hybrid work setup with flexible location worldwide is available.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier management.
• Experience with development and implementation of strategies to optimize operational costs without sacrificing quality or performance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of a wide range of ICT technologies and services.
• Competent in data analysis.
• Ability to communicate complex operational concepts and insights effectively through presentations and reports, facilitating decision-making at various levels within the organization.
• Ability to multitask on numerous tasks and projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Power BI preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and keep current the inventory of all service performance metrics and process documentation, in line with SITA standard.
• Identify and promote opportunities to continuously improve operational and process performance.
• Gather performance data requirements against agreed supplier service levels.
• Prepare and distribute reports to internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze internal and external feedback surveys to highlight trends, areas of strength and weaknesses, and ensure that this is given adequate visibility in SITA.
• Identify and promote opportunities to continuously improve contractual relationships.
• Provide statistical performance analyses, either cross sectional or time series. These statistics are to demonstrate compliance with contracted SLA's, but, also to demonstrate productivity levels and to provide data for external benchmarks.
• Act as corporate point of contact to support the SITA territory teams in their management of 3rd party suppliers with the objective to set the rules and framework for regional suppliers’ management.
• Drive service level improvements, escalations and monitor supplier performance trends in all operational areas, in coordination with operational owners.
• Supporting contract and commercial governance.
• Risk identification and mitigation.
