Arup in Madrid is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex infrastructure design, take technical ownership of allocated elements, and deliver high-quality solutions across Spain and beyond.

You will collaborate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams, perform advanced structural analyses, produce calculations and reports, and mentor junior colleagues to foster a collaborative culture.

Formación

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-10 years of experience in structural design on infrastructure projects in Spain or Europe.
• Daily use of Eurocodes.
• Extensive experience with structural and numerical analysis software.
• Strong planning, organisation and time management.
• Experience coordinating BIM and digital workflows.
• Sofistik knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient in Spanish and English; other languages welcome.
