A prominent hospitality company in Madrid is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead national procurement initiatives across various Food & Beverage categories. You will define and execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier performance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring quality. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of sourcing experience and is fluent in English and French.

Formación

• 5+ years of sourcing experience in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement national category strategies focused on total cost of ownership.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and SLAs with suppliers.
• Build and manage a reliable supplier base.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with internal F&B stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs.
