Qualifications

• Formación en Ingeniería, Administración de Empresas o Cadenas de Suministro o campo técnico relacionado.
• 5–7+ años de experiencia en sourcing/procurement estratégico.
• Historial de gestión de relaciones con proveedores internacionales, negociación y asociaciones a largo plazo.
• Habilidades analíticas para interpretar tendencias de mercado.
• Capacidad de liderar o coordinar equipos en estructura matricial.
• Trabajar estrechamente con ingeniería y producción para alinear requisitos.
• Informes de compras y análisis de presupuesto/gasto.
• Conocimiento de procesos de calidad de proveedores (acciones correctivas, auditorías).
• Inglés avanzado (B2/C1) para interacción internacional.
• Gran capacidad de comunicación, negociación e influencia, trabajo autónomo.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
• Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
• Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
• High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
