TK Airport Solutions busca un profesional de Compras Estratégicas para gestionar relaciones internacionales con proveedores y alinear las compras con los requisitos de ingeniería y producción. Se valorará experiencia en entornos técnicos y capacidad de negociación a nivel global.

La posición ofrece desarrollo profesional en un entorno técnico y la oportunidad de influir en decisiones de sourcing dentro de un equipo internacional en Asturias, con modalidad híbrida de trabajo y contacto directo

Formación

• Formación superior en Ingeniería, Administración o Logística, con valor si es técnica.
• Experiencia en compras estratégicas y relaciones con proveedores a nivel internacional.
• Capacidad analítica para interpretar tendencias y traducirlas en decisiones de sourcing.
• Experiencia liderando equipos y colaborando en estructuras matriciales.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones internacionales con proveedores, evaluando desempeño y estableciendo alianzas a largo plazo.
• Conducir negociaciones y decisiones de sourcing alineadas con requisitos de ingeniería y producción.
• Liderar o coordinar equipos, compartiendo buenas prácticas entre compradores del grupo.
• Generar reporting de compras, presupuesto y gasto para control financiero.

Descripción del empleo

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
• Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
• Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
• High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
