TK Elevator, a global leader in vertical transportation, is seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional in Asturias. Hybrid on-site in Mieres with partial remote work, to drive international supplier relations and strategic procurement decisions.

You will collaborate with engineering and production, lead cross-functional teams, and influence global procurement practices within a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level education in Engineering or related technical field with procurement focus.
• 5–7+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement, preferably in technical/industrial environments.
• Experience managing international supplier relationships and negotiating partnerships.

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related technical field; postgraduate training in Procurement or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
• 5–7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally within technical or industrial environments.
• Proven track record developing and managing international supplier relationships, including negotiation, performance evaluation and long-term partnership building.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and translate them into sourcing decisions.
• Experience leading or coordinating teams, with the ability to develop people and collaborate across a matrix structure, sharing best practices with other strategic purchasers within the group.
• Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams, aligning internal requirements with market offerings.
• Solid skills in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis.
• Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits).
• High level of English (B2/C1 minimum), essential for international supplier and team interaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills, results-driven and comfortable working autonomously in demanding environments.
