Job summary

Cytel is seeking a Senior/Principal Statistical Programmer (SAS + R) for a remote role focused on clinical development. You will work independently on data creation, reporting, and analyses across therapeutic areas while guiding CRO programmers to ensure high-quality outputs.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in biotech/pharma biometrics, expert SAS skills, and strong CDISC experience to support regulatory submissions and study reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or statistics (preferred).
• 7+ years of experience as a Statistical Programmer in biotech/pharma Biometric teams.
• Exceptional SAS programming skills and experience in clinical development.
• Extensive experience with CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM, Define.xml).

Responsibilities

• Generate SDTM, ADaM specifications, datasets, reviewer's guide and define.xml files for multiple studies.
• Develop SAS programs to generate datasets, listings, tables and graphs.
• Deliver high-quality programming results and validate SAS and R programs for clinical programs.
• Oversee CROs' statistical programming deliverables to meet timelines.
• Support preparation of clinical study reports, regulatory submissions and analyses.
