Randstad Spain is seeking a recruitment professional to manage end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple sectors, delivering exceptional candidate experiences and building strong client partnerships.

You will source, assess, and place candidates through diverse channels, supporting senior consultants and contributing to business development within Professional Talent Solutions.

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Skilled in coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintains great candidate experience and good relationship with clients in engineering, IT, health, finance, sales and marketing, HR, legal, office and administrative support.
• Sources and attracts highly qualified talents using diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Hosts recruitment events virtually and/or in-person with jobseekers and employers to attract candidates or new business for Professional Talent Solutions.
• Assists senior consultants in preparing business development and candidate assessment documents for clients.
• Conducts post-placement follow-ups with clients and candidates to ensure successful integration and discuss development goals.
• Maintains accurate records and provides regular reports on metrics and progress within Professional Talent Solutions.
• Drives successful sales and recruitment processes through client and candidate engagement both online and offline activities.
