Alén Space in Spain seeks a Senior Space Technical Proposal Engineer to bridge technical and commercial teams and lead the elaboration of complex proposals for space clients.

You will manage end-to-end tenders, provide technical-commercial content for sales and marketing, and coordinate with suppliers and the CRM, while sustaining a strong customer-oriented approach and willingness to travel. Hybrid work with 2+ days onsite weekly, fluency in Spanish and English required.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, technical proposal preparation, or commercial engineering, preferably within space/high-tech.
• Proven track record in developing and managing complex proposals with a high technical component.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong customer orientation and strategic business mindset.
• Ability to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership and preparation of complex quotations and proposals with a high technical component, in coordination with the technical department.
• End-to-end preparation and management of high-complexity international public tenders and space contracts.
• Specialized technical and commercial assistance to customers in the pre-sale phase, with continuous follow-up of active proposals.
• Updating and managing the CRM in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Elaboration of advanced technical-commercial content for sales and marketing.
• Interaction with key industry suppliers and coordination for international exhibitions.
