Job summary

Axalta in Asturias, Spain is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist (Fleet & Corporate Services) to drive global procurement across Fleet, Real Estate, and Professional Services, partnering with stakeholders to optimize spend and supplier performance.

You will manage end-to-end sourcing processes, contract negotiations, PO creation, and governance, while driving cost savings, risk management, and sustainability initiatives in a complex multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain, or Vendor Management.
• Experience supporting Corporate Services categories such as Fleet, Real Estate, Professional Services.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with procurement and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Coupa, Ariba).
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Professional procurement certifications such as CPSM, CIPS, CSCP, or CPM.

Responsibilities

• Support global sourcing and procurement activities across Corporate Services categories, including Fleet, Real Estate, and Professional Services.
• Ensure POs in place for scope of work.
• Vendor creation.
• Audit support as needed.
• Sustainability initiatives.
• Contract Negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, contract administration, and sourcing events.
• Oversee key operational activities for the global fleet program and maintain real estate portfolio tracking systems.
• Benchmark and comparison of Fleet Insurance rates; change management to switch to better offers.
• Coordinate updates and real estate reporting using CoStar and related tools.
