Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes and systems across several international entities.

The role requires strong expertise in Coupa implementations, ERP systems, and project management, with excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in S2P / P2P processes.
• Hands-on Coupa implementation project experience.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle EBS, MS Dynamics).
• Procurement and finance transformation background.
• Experience managing stakeholders and driving change adoption.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and associated Indirect Source-to-Pay processes across multiple business entities.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate and manage Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and system owners to ensure successful implementation.
• Support process design, optimization, and standardization activities.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and stakeholder engagement throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Assist with change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.

At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Senior Source-to-Pay (S2P) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Consultant to support the implementation and enhancement of procurement processes and systems across several international entities.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong expertise in Coupa implementations, ERP systems, procurement processes, and project management, who enjoys working with cross-functional stakeholders in a global environment

Main responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of Coupa and associated Indirect Source-to-Pay processes across multiple business entities.
• Drive the rollout and adoption of procurement processes and tools among requesters, approvers, finance teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate and manage Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, procurement teams, and system owners to ensure successful implementation.
