- Minimum 15+ years in industrial engineering, warehouse design, or contract logistics (3PL).
- Experience leading multi-country projects with cross-functional interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering workstreams for strategic Contract Logistics opportunities across EMEIA.
- Develop innovative warehouse and automation solutions for regional customers.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams across multiple countries.
- Manage budgets, risks, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
- Provide leadership to the regional Solutions Engineering team and mentor engineers.
