Mexens ex.Technique Solaire, a leading international solar power developer, seeks a Senior Project Manager to leadPV projects across Spain from Madrid. You will oversee tendering, budgets, schedules, permits, and site supervision, coordinating with Spanish and French teams and reporting to the Country Director Spain.

The role involves 1–2 days of remote work, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure technical, financial, and administrative project success.

Formación

• Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Energy Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in project management for PV plant construction, ideally from the EPC/contractor side.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, MS Project).
• Knowledge of PVsyst, QGIS and AutoCAD is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare EPC tender packages, lead commercial and contractual negotiations, and oversee contract execution.
• Coordinate site activities and manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls.
• Run the project Financial Model to evaluate profitability and coordinate with Financing to secure funding.
• Oversee progress of works, ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with grid operators and authorities to secure permits and approvals.
• Lead weekly and monthly coordination meetings with EPC contractors and stakeholders.
