Job summary

Betsson Group is seeking a Software Support Engineer (Level 3) for its iGaming Gaming department. You will join a Scrum-driven team working with C#, .NET Core/Framework, JS frameworks, Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, and databases to support a multi-brand gaming platform.

You will interact with developers, DevOps, QA, and partners across locations to deliver operational excellence and scalable, high-quality systems. Hybrid work model with remote options is available.

Qualifications

Expertise in technical support reaching 2nd/3rd line to fix complex issues.
Strong backend skills with C#/.NET and cloud-based development.
Frontend skills in HTML/CSS/JS/TypeScript and micro-frontend architecture.

Responsibilities

Provide high quality 3rd line technical support for the iGaming system to multiple teams.
Configure and maintain gaming platform components; collaborate with DevOps and QA.
Participate in regular system configurations and operational improvement initiatives.
