PepsiCo is seeking an experienced Software/Product Engineering Manager to lead Nova, our flagship Digital Shelf Intelligence product, within the International dCommerce team. You will shape the engineering strategy, define architecture, and drive the evolution from BI-led solutions to a full end-to-end application.

You will partner with Product management to translate vision into reality, build and coach a multi-disciplinary team across data engineers, BI engineers, data scientists, and software

Formación

• 10+ years of software or product engineering experience.
• 3+ years leading distributed, multi-disciplinary teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience with Elixir or comparable functional programming languages.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms and tooling (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Azure, AWS).

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product Manager to translate product vision into a technical roadmap.
• Own end-to-end delivery of Nova, from data ingestion to user-facing features.
• Define delivery cadence and rituals for a multi-disciplinary squad.
• Set technical direction and evaluate platform evolution strategies.
• Establish engineering best practices across coding, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Platform, Infra, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
