PepsiCo is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer to advance Nova, our Digital Shelf product. You’ll own end-to-end development, from backend integrations to compelling user experiences, in a hybrid work setting.

You’ll collaborate with UX, data and engineering leaders, deliver measurable outcomes, establish robust testing and CI/CD practices, and mentor peers as we scale a globally impactful platform.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Experience with Elixir or similar functional programming languages.
• Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, Azure, AWS).
• Exposure to data science or ML-enabled features within products.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end development of Nova from backend to frontend.
• Refine requirements with UX/Product and engineering leadership.
• Provide estimates, manage risks, and ensure delivery.
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards.
• Collaborate across data engineers, BI engineers, and data scientists.
