Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in software engineering with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
• Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM or PSM I) and strong servant leadership skills.
• Solid experience with SQL Server and ORMs like Entity Framework.
• Proficient with Git/GitHub and setting up build environments.
• Excellent English communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle from feasibility to maintenance.
• Design, implement, and test high-quality code using C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
• Act as Scrum Master and servant leader to foster progress and transparency.
• Apply Agile techniques to empower the team and resolve conflicts.
• Collaborate with self-organizing teams to plan and execute high-impact work.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to optimize coding, testing, and debugging.
