FYUL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build reliable, scalable products and mentor the team. The role blends strong technical depth with product thinking and ownership, solving complex engineering challenges with a collaborative mindset.

You will design and operate distributed systems, data pipelines, and cloud-native services while driving engineering excellence and fast iteration.

Formación

• Extensive production software experience in modern product teams.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud, observability, and operations at scale.
• Ability to break down complex work into incremental deliverables.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and customer-focused mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable software with high quality and reliability.
• Improve code standards and maintainability across the team.
• Design, optimize distributed systems and data pipelines.
• Own initiatives from design through monitoring and optimization.
• Enhance system reliability with observability and alerting.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to solve customer problems.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and guidance.
• Lead cross-team efforts on large engineering initiatives.
