Job summary

Wallbox Chargers is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to collaborate with production teams on maintaining EOL test software, automating test sequences and integrating test benches with PLCs and sensors. You will work with the shop floor to resolve incidents and gain exposure to plant infrastructure.

The role involves designing reliable software, applying best practices, and supporting data dashboards for yield and cycle times, while mentoring junior team members and interfacing with engineers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in software development with design and architecture in manufacturing, test automation, or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain EOL test software and automated test sequences for production lines.
• Develop tools to facilitate integration of new tests.
• Integrate test benches with instruments, PLCs, sensors, power equipment and DUT via industrial protocols.
• Build dashboards and reports; ensure traceability with MES/ERP/databases.
