Emburse is a leader in expense intelligence, building an AI-powered platform that modernizes financial operations. We seek a Senior Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to own and evolve large-scale distributed web applications using Python, AWS, and modern APIs.

You will mentor teammates and contribute to architecture decisions, documentation, and deploy pipelines. You’ll work with a talented team across engineering, product, and analytics to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent years’ experience.
• Strong experience with Python in distributed web applications (microservices, APIs, DB integration, queues, containers).
• Experience with AWS services and APIs, or equivalent cloud vendor experience.
• Experience with OS X and Linux environments.
• Experience designing and building JSON/REST services and APIs.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in Agile software development (scrum).
• Experience with 3rd party APIs and distributed architectures.
• Desirable: data processing, AI/ML integrations.
