Super is seeking a backend-focused engineer to join the Gaming Integrations team, managing 26+ live provider integrations and driving country launches across Europe and Latin America. You will migrate Node.js/Erlang integrations to an Elixir-based platform, own provider integrations end-to-end, and help scale the architecture with CI/CD pipelines and shared services.

Formación

• 5+ years building high-quality software with strong engineering practices.
• Unblocks themselves and drives improvements across a team (high agency).
• Experience with microservice and event-based architectures.
• Experience with Kafka.
• Experience building highly available, highly scalable distributed backend systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.
• Experience working cross-functionally in product organisations alongside product managers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Strong sense of ownership, problem-solving instinct, and clear, direct communication.
• Product engineer mindset — understands business context, not purely tech-focused.

Responsabilidades

• Lead larger projects or small squads, run meetings, write status reports, and track delivery.
• Proactively identify problems and drive resolution, often without guidance.
• Demonstrate impact clearly through metrics, not just activity.
• Take end-to-end ownership of product quality: reliability, efficiency, security, and performance.
• Drive engineering efficiency improvements across the organisation (faster onboarding, better tooling, reduced cycle time).
• Become the established go-to owner of at least one component or system with expert depth.
• Build working relationships cross-functionally across product, SRE, QA, integration managers, and gaming studios.
• Give detailed, specific feedback to the Tribe Lead and teammates.
• Invest in your own skills and bring new knowledge back to the team.
