SIX Swiss Exchange in Madrid is seeking a Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and REST APIs using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot. You will work with Kafka for event-driven architectures, run on WildFly, and collaborate on scalable, reliable systems that power critical business processes.

Formación

• Very strong experience with Java backend development and modern backend design principles.
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot for building microservices
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging / event-streaming platforms
• Experience with Wildfly/JBOSS is a big plus
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with SQL databases

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain applications running on Java application servers such as WildFly

We are an agile and collaborative team responsible for designing and operating core backend services that power our platform in the Post Trading area of the SIX Swiss Exchange. Our goal is to build & maintain robust, scalable, and maintainable systems that support critical business processes.

In this position, you will work closely with software engineers, architects, and product teams to design, maintain and deliver high-quality backend solutions.
