SeQura is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to contribute to the development of our innovative product in Barcelona, Spain. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack development, especially with Ruby on Rails or other similar technologies.

The successful candidate will engage in technical decisions, write clean code, and foster collaboration with team members. If you're proactive and eager to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to drive change in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proven experience in full-stack web applications development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Requirements

• We have an exciting opening for a Senior Software Engineer who is able to see the big picture and balance the search for software quality with a pragmatic approach to help us scale the company
• If you're a proactive, creative, and hands‑on person who wants to help improve SeQura's product, having ownership and exposure to work hand in hand with seasoned professionals in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect place for you
• 7+ years of experience working as a Software Engineer
• Experience in the full-stack development, deployment, and maintenance of web-based technology applications with Ruby on Rails or the ability and interest in working with it (JavaScript, Elixir, Kotlin, Java, and Python experience is also very valued)
• Solid knowledge of OOP, clean coding, TDD, and agile
• English proficiency
