Leadtech in Barcelona is seeking a SOC Analyst to join its security team. You will monitor threats, triage incidents, and help strengthen our security posture across SIEM and EDR tools.

The role requires a CS degree or equivalent, 1–2 years SOC experience, and fluency in English and Spanish. We offer flexible hours, full-time contract, and hybrid work with offices in Barcelona.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in SOC / SIEM teams and incident management.
• Familiarity with SIEM/EDR tooling (Wazuh, Defender) and reading logs.
• Strong written communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Address vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and improve security with the team.
• Monitor, triage, and respond to security alerts across SIEM and detection stack, escalate incidents.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to optimize internal and external processes.
• Balance multiple projects while aligning with brand standards, culture, and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with product, engineering and marketing to gather requirements and develop tools and processes.
