Hitachi Energy Spain, S.A.U. is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site delivery of large-scale substations, grid infrastructure, and transmission projects across Spain and beyond.

You will oversee subcontractors, drive HSE performance, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to contract specifications. You will coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams, manage cost and scheduling, review contractor performance, and

Formación

• 7–15 years of site management or project delivery in power, EPC, or electrical infra.
• Strong electrical technical knowledge and HV substations experience.
• Experience managing major subcontractor packages and coordinating multidisciplinary activities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities across projects.
• Act as on-site representative, ensuring safety, quality, and contractual compliance.
• Lead subcontractors for civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning works.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support project financial performance and cost control.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and maintain records.
