Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech is seeking a seasoned analog/mixed-signal electronics engineer to own the signal chain from rack to QPU in our Barcelona lab. You will set grounding/topology, design low-noise interfaces, simulate SI/PI, and mentor junior engineers while shaping the electronics function as we grow.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on analog/mixed-signal and/or high-speed electronics design.
• Low-noise and signal-integrity design from first principles.
• Grounding and shielding architecture with clear return paths.
• SI/PI simulation routinely used on real designs, not occasional exercises.

Responsabilidades

• Define and document signal-chain architecture from electronics rack to QPU (DC to a few hundred MHz and RF path).
• Specify grounding topology and shielding for each system, with repeatable criteria.
• Design and verify filters based on bandwidth, attenuation, impedance, and noise constraints.
• Run SI/PI simulations (LTspice/ADS/Sigrity/HyperLynx) during design before hardware orders.
• Review PCB layouts with PCB engineer to catch layout issues before fabrication.
• Integrate and validate commercial control electronics and lab instrumentation; build test plans for signal chain qualification.
• Convert hardware learnings into design rules and validation procedures.
• Mentor one to two junior engineers and grow technical leadership.
