MAP, part of WPP Enterprise Solutions, seeks a Senior Application Consultant to lead technical implementations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will bridge technology and marketing strategy, translating complex business objectives into scalable SFMC architectures while guiding cross-functional teams and mentoring junior consultants.

You will design and implement advanced SFMC configurations, mentor teammates, and drive high-level client engagements.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on SFMC experience across Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and API integrations.
• Deep expertise in Marketing Operations and enterprise lifecycle marketing frameworks.
• Extensive track record designing and optimizing multi-channel customer journeys and trigger-based programs.
• Advanced client-facing consultancy skills with ability to lead technical workshops and manage executive expectations.
• Strong JavaScript, SSJS, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for building custom solutions inside marketing platforms.
• Advanced data management including SQL querying, audience segmentation, data validation, and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure enterprise delivery and long-term client success.
• Champion the adoption and expansion of Catalyst tools across global client base.
• Configure advanced SFMC workflows, custom scripts, and automated processes.
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical specifications and data models.
• Establish QA/testing standards to ensure reliability of configurations and new platform features.
• Mentor junior consultants and specialists, upskilling the team in SFMC best practices.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders to align technology with business objectives.
