Job summary

Grupo DAC Iberia 2021 S.L. is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to join our Madrid office (three days in‑person). You will develop and drive SEO strategies across a portfolio of medium to large clients, improving visibility and ROI.

Collaborate with client services, content, design and marketing teams; deliver monthly performance reports; present SEO insights in client meetings; and contribute to new business pitches while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years proven experience as SEO Manager or Senior Specialist.
• HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Experience with SEO reporting.
• Familiarity with Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ.
• Fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive SEO strategies across multiple clients.
• Coordinate content, design, marketing and other activities.
• Manage on-site and off-site optimization and reporting.
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.
• Direct link-building projects.
• Collaborate with social media and PPC teams.
• Present SEO performance in client meetings.
