Aleph in Madrid is seeking an experienced Security Operations & Incident Response Analyst (L3) to join our global IT Security team. You will own end-to-end incident response, lead threat hunting, manage vulnerability and IAM programs, and coordinate with SOC or MDR providers.

The role requires 3–5 years in SOC or IR, hands-on with SIEM and EDR/XDR, and certifications (GCIH/GCFA/CEH etc.). English is primary; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years in a SOC/IR or security operations role, with 1–2 years at L3 level a plus.
• Experience implementing IAM and PAM solutions.
• Hands‑on with incident response engagements and threat intel usage.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end incident response processes: detect, triage, contain, eradicate, recover, review.
• Lead data breach investigations and coordinate with Legal, Privacy, and HR.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and produce threat intelligence summaries.
• Own vulnerability management: scans, prioritisation, remediation tracking.
• Oversee IAM and PAM reviews and respond to identity anomalies.
