Job summary

Black Pen Recruitment is seeking a senior Scrum Master for an IT services client operating internationally. The role is remote within the EU and involves close collaboration with an IT team on site for major client projects.

Ideal candidates will have PSM II or SAFe Agilist credentials, 8+ years in IT, and a track record of scaling Agile practices. Proficiency in Azure DevOps or Jira and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years IT experience.
• Minimum 3 years as Scrum Master at SM2 level or above.
• Led production teams through full sprint cycles and improved velocity.
• Experience with cross-team coordination using Scrum-of-Scrums/PI Planning.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum Guide and Agile Manifesto.

Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Product Owner to manage backlog and delivery forecast.
• Coach teams on empiricism and incremental delivery.
• Track flow metrics and drive data‑driven improvements.
• Promote agile practices and remove impediments for the team.
