Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile application transformation in Spain for an international IT company. You will own the redesign and delivery of a direct distribution mobile app used by end customers in the transportation sector, combining Agile leadership with full project ownership.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce).
• Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum.
• Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress).
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a clear and prioritized backlog.
• Promote Agile culture and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and report on budget, risks and milestones.
• Prepare steering committees and executive reporting.
