Astek Iberia is seeking a Senior Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to lead a strategic B2C mobile app transformation in Spain for an international rail and mobility tech provider.

You will own delivery, budget, risks and stakeholder communications, with strong Agile leadership and hands-on JP/DevOps tool experience. The role demands cross-functional coordination and executive reporting.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as Scrum Master and/or IT Project Manager.
• Strong background in B2C digital environments (mobile apps, e-commerce, digital platforms).
• Solid mastery of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence and/or Azure DevOps.
• English, Spanish, French: fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and ensure best practices of Agile / Scrum.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
• Track Agile KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, sprint progress).
• Work with the Product Owner to maintain a clear backlog.
• Own budget tracking, cost control and reporting.
• Prepare steering committees and exec reporting.
