Job summary
RED SAP Solutions is seeking a SCRUM Master/Delivery Manager for a 2+ month remote engagement. You will support an international client in driving agile transformation and coach teams on best practices, covering about 15 people across two agile teams.
Responsibilities include facilitating ceremonies, mentoring Scrum Masters and Product Owners, and ensuring DevOps/CI/CD adoption. English fluency is required; some on-site workshops in Germany may be needed quarterly.
Qualifications
- 5+ years as SCRUM Master or similar.
- Experience as Coach/Mentor/Lead on agile projects.
- Delivery Manager experience across multiple teams.
- Experience leading ±15 people across 2+ teams.
- Experience in agile transformation projects.
- Experience with SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Miro.
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and agile practices.
- Experience with scaling frameworks (SAFe/LeSS/Spotify model).
- Experience in international organisations.
Responsibilities
- Act as SCRUM Master/Agile Coach for 2 teams.
- Delivery Manager across 2 teams and plan prioritization.
- Drive agile transformation across the business.
- Lead multiple agile teams (~15 people across 2 teams).
- Support prioritization and work planning for teams.
- Communicate with IT and Business stakeholders.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, refinement, planning, reviews.
- Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and engineers.
- Promote DevOps, CI/CD, and technical agility.
- Coach junior Scrum Masters.
- Advise on agile practices and continuous improvement.
