Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a Solution Architect – Quality to design and deliver SAP QM solutions that enhance global quality operations. You will lead international teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive scalable, maintainable architectures across the enterprise landscape.

With 10+ years in IT/SAP and 6+ years in quality management, you will translate complex requirements into robust solutions and mentor junior architects while frequently interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/SAP experience including SAP ERP implementations and operations.
• 6+ years process knowledge in quality management and compliance.
• Advanced SAP QM configuration with S/4HANA QM familiarity.
• Experience integrating SAP QM with MM, PP, and EWM.
• Regulated industries experience (pharma, medical devices, or food & beverage).
• Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design robust SAP QM solutions with seamless integration.
• Prepare effort and cost estimates for proposals.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solutions.
• Lead international project teams from design to go-live.
• Ensure QA and regulatory compliance during implementation.
• Maintain architectural consistency across domains.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Manage risks and SLA targets with stakeholders.
• Represent Quality in governance boards and workshops.
• Partner with process owners to align IT with regulatory needs.
• Mentor architects and SMEs in the domain.
