Job summary

rindus, a People company, seeks an experienced SAP Access Governance expert to own end-to-end authorization and governance for S/4HANA Retail and related SAP applications. You will translate business and compliance requirements into robust access solutions and lead global rollouts with a focus on least-privilege design and SoD controls.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. The role offers a distributed, flexible setup from Málaga (Spain) or remote work within a multinational team

Qualifications

• Seven years of hands-on SAP authorizations and access governance experience.
• Deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, SoD, user access reviews, workflows).
• Authorization design in SAP Retail and S/4HANA environments.
• Experience with identity lifecycle management, SSO, LDAP or Active Directory integration.
• Experience with internal controls, audit evidence, data protection, and SOX-relevant environments.
• Global SAP transformations, template governance, rollout delivery, go-live readiness, hypercare.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP authorization and access governance scope across S/4HANA Retail and related SAP apps.
• Advise SAP programs and transformations translating business/compliance requirements into access solutions.
• Define and approve global authorization concepts, naming conventions, least-privilege, and role usage.
• Lead role design, build, remediation, transport, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Own GRC Access Control processes: ARA, ARM, BRM, EAM, SoD reviews, and user access reviews.
• Maintain SoD ruleset, critical access catalog, and control ownership with Internal Controls and Audit.
• Ensure emergency access assignments, logs, reviews, and certifications per policy.
• Nominate business role owners and approve global/local role builds.
• Maintain authorization design docs, role catalogs, decision logs, control evidence.
• Support security readiness and go-live sign-off, including user-to-role mapping.
• Build C&A operational capability and handover during pilot.
