Job summary

rindus is seeking a Senior SAP GRC & Authorizations Consultant to join a global team in Málaga or remote. You will own end-to-end SAP authorization and Access Governance across SAP applications, shaping design standards, SoD reviews, and deployment in the global template.

You bring 7+ years in SAP authorizations, deep GRC Access Control expertise (ARA/ARM/BRM/SoD), identity lifecycle and AD/LDAP integration, and strong stakeholder management. English fluency is required; German is advantageous.

Qualifications

7+ years of hands-on SAP authorizations experience
Deep knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control (ARA/ARM/BRM/SoD) and related tooling
Experience with identity lifecycle management and AD/LDAP integration
Experience in global SAP transformations and governance processes
Fluency in English; German is a plus

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end SAP authorization and access governance across S/4HANA Retail and related SAP applications.
Act as senior advisor for SAP programs, translating requirements into robust authorization solutions.
Define and approve global authorization concepts, standards, and role architectures.
Lead design, build, remediation, transport, testing, deployment and lifecycle management across templates and rollout waves.
Maintain SAP GRC processes and control evidence; ensure audit readiness.
