Job summary

TUI in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Treasury specialist to support and maintain SAP Treasury & S4 In-House Banking systems across our global landscape. You will design and implement new treasury processes, covering deal creation, settlement, and accounting, while collaborating with FI analysts and consultants to deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering SAP Treasury solutions in complex environments with knowledge of Banking & Payments processes.
• Strong understanding of treasury processes including deal creation, settlement and accounting; knowledge of SAP FICO and SAP FSCM.
• Able to work with Agile methodologies and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Passion for continuous improvement and ability to design, build, and deploy SAP-based ERP and SAP S4 HANA solutions.
• Open-minded, inquisitive and adaptable, valuing autonomy and accountability in work.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement new treasury processes with Finance stakeholders for better deal creation, settlement and accounting.
• Map client requirements and develop modifications for Money Market, Securities, FX, and Derivatives.
• Troubleshoot, investigate and solve software problems; provide training and end-user support.
• Collaborate with FI analysts and consultants to deliver operational excellence in SAP Treasury environment.

About The Job

• You'll support and maintain SAP Treasury & S4 In-House Banking systems while implementing changes and rolling out solutions across our global landscape.
• Working with our Finance stakeholders, you'll design and implement new work processes that enhance our treasury operations including deal creation, settlement, and accounting.
• We'll rely on you to map client business requirements and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy our needs across Money Market, Securities, Foreign Exchange, and Derivatives.
• You'll serve as a liaison for troubleshooting, investigating and solving software problems while providing training and support to end users.
• As part of our team, you'll collaborate with FI analysts and consultants to execute projects and deliver operational excellence in our SAP Treasury environment.

About You

• You have proven experience in delivering SAP Treasury solutions for complex business environments, with comprehensive knowledge of Banking & Payments processes.
• Your excellent understanding of treasury processes covers deal creation, settlement, and accounting across various financial instruments, along with good knowledge of SAP FICO and familiarity with SAP FSCM.
• You're comfortable working with Agile methodologies and possess excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• You bring a passion for continuous improvement and can design, build, and deploy SAP-based ERP and SAP S4 HANA solutions.
