Job summary

Talantir seeks a Senior Manager to drive strong delivery outcomes and people management within the SAP delivery team in Madrid. You will lead capacity planning, performance management, and hiring support while acting as the first escalation point for complex SAP delivery topics.

You will provide senior guidance on SAP projects, ensure methodological compliance, manage risks, and mentor SAP consultants to elevate delivery excellence across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Senior-level SAP project management expertise to lead complex SAP implementations or enhancements.
• Mentor SAP consultants and act as a senior expert for SAP delivery topics.
• Support hiring and onboarding processes for SAP delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP project delivery from initiation to closure, including scope, timeline, budget and quality control.
• Monitor consultant performance and provide feedback, coaching and development suggestions.
• Support capacity and workload planning, staffing requests and demand forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with SAP Activate or other project methodologies and manage risks.
• Provide regular status updates to management on team performance and deliveries.
